RAHA teams can post ice for sale, purchase available ice from other teams, and find open ice at area rinks. Contact our ice scheduler for listings, billing updates, and master schedule changes.

How It Works
Selling solo or shared ice
If your team wants to sell solo or shared ice, check with your sharing team first to see if they want the ice solo. If they agree, report the change to the ice scheduler for billing updates.
- Email the ice scheduler at icescheduler@rosemounthockey.org
- Include your team name, your name and email, date, start time, end time, and rink
- Include solo or shared and the team the ice is shared with
- The ice scheduler will confirm once your ice is listed
- Do not delete or edit your calendar event until it has been sold. If it does not sell, edit the event to mark it cancelled or skate a double that day.
Attention IP teams: IP teams are not allowed to sell ice, but please notify the ice scheduler if you are vacating a practice. For shared practices, we will let the other team know they have solo ice. For solo ice, we will try to reuse it for a traveling team.
- If purchasing from another RAHA team, contact the manager selling the ice to confirm it is still available.
- Once a sale is worked out, email the ice scheduler and CC the selling manager with the date, time, and rink. Request an update to the master ice schedule for billing.
- Both teams will receive confirmation from the ice scheduler when the master schedule and calendar instructions are updated.
Mite/8U managers purchasing traveling ice: Email the person selling the ice to make your purchase. Once confirmed, email the ice scheduler with your team, date, time, rink, and the team you are purchasing from.
- Contact and reserve ice times directly through the arena. Payment can also be arranged through direct bill at rinks where RAHA has accounts (see hourly costs).
- If your ice time is at a rink not listed below, ask whether they can bill RAHA directly. If immediate payment is required, you may pay by credit card and request reimbursement through the RAHA accountant after your ice bill is paid for that month.
- Once confirmed, send the details to the RAHA ice scheduler so the master schedule can be updated.
- RCC: $235 (increases to $255 Jan 1, 2026)
- IGH: $240
- Woodbury ICE: $250
- Cost is cut in half when sharing
