Gertens Fundraiser

We’re excited to announce a new fundraising opportunity for RAHA families.

This spring, we’ve partnered with Gertens for an online-only plant fundraiser designed to help families offset their player’s hockey expenses. Since this fundraiser runs in the spring, all money earned will be credited toward next season’s hockey fees.

How it Works

• RAHA families receive 25% of all plant sales
• RAHA families receive 12% of all plant card sales
• Earnings are credited to the individual player listed at checkout
• Share the website: www.gertensfundraising.com and Store ID: 86 for RAHA for customers to access and shop the RAHA specific page
• Make sure the buyer enters your player’s name in the SELLER’S NAME box at checkout to ensure you get the credit.
• All orders must be placed online through the RAHA Gertens store. 
• After the fundraiser closes each family will get an email report of the sales made under the seller’s name.
• Your customers should shop directly from the site. Do not collect orders and hold to enter later.
• No items will be shipped. Make sure you are selling locally only. You will be delivering the items to each person that ordered from you. 

Key Dates

• Orders need to be completed by 10:00pm on March 30th

• Your order will be ready for pick up on May 1 in the evening at the Rosemount Community Center.

How it Works

• Purchases of Poinsettias, Wreaths, Door Hangers, Centerpieces, Spruce Tip Pots, and Hanging Baskets will earn you 25% of your sales towards ice bills!
• Plant Cards purchases will earn you 12% towards your ice bills!
• Make sure the buyer enters your player’s name in the SELLER’S NAME box at checkout to ensure you get the credit.
• All orders must be placed online through the RAHA Gertens store. 
• After the fundraiser closes each family will get an email report of the sales made under the seller’s name.
• Quantities are limited on fundraiser items. If an item sells out, it will be marked sold out on the website and customers will not be able to continue to order that item. Get your orders in early to avoid limited item availability. 
• Your customers should shop directly from the site. Do not collect orders and hold to enter later.
• No items will be shipped. Make sure you are selling locally only. You will be delivering the items to each person that ordered from you. 

Key Dates for 2025

• Orders need to be completed by 10:00pm on Monday, October 27, 2025

• Mark your calendars now for Wednesday, November 19th as you are responsible to pick up your orders. This is our only pick-up date!
