12U A is high-tempo girls hockey where the details of skating and puck play decide games. Players who prepare well handle the District 8 schedule and a tournament path that rewards depth and discipline. Our coaches run skill-heavy practices and small-area games, and they set clear expectations for communication and supporting each other. Drawing on USA Hockey development ideas and our own girls program, we build Rosemount teams that play with speed and joy and take real pride in their identity from the very first practice.
